Our Center is unique in the manner of locations.  We have an academic office and clinical sites.  Our primary office staff work Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm  in our academic office located at:

We have the privilige of serving patients in many areas of Michigan.  We have our home clinics but also partner with both Field and Telemedicine locations.
